Arne Klauke

Arne Klauke is a member of the management board at matrix gGmbH and leads the MINT Campus Office, a nationwide platform dedicated to strengthening STEM education in Germany. With a strong belief in the power of collaboration and shared knowledge, he is building a vibrant MINT community that connects educators, researchers, and civil society actors to foster innovation in teaching and learning.

At the heart of his work lies the creation of digital “village squares” – inclusive spaces for exchange, co-creation, and participation. By championing Open Educational Resources (OER), Arne enables free and adaptable learning materials that democratize access to knowledge, scale educational impact, and advance educational equity.

Under his leadership, the MINT Campus develops participatory formats, hackathons, and open-source solutions shaped by the community itself. This collaborative approach not only strengthens engagement but also builds a shared identity and empowers members to actively shape the future of STEM education. Through these efforts, Arne Klauke and his team are helping to expand and scale quality education with Open Educational Ressources, driving forward innovation and equal opportunities in the learning landscape.
