Anna Cristina d'Addio is Chief Education Policy at the Global Education Monitoring Report (UNESCO) where she leads the work on Policy, the PEER project and the gender report. She is an economist by background and holds a PhD in Public Economics (Italy) and a PhD in Quantitative Economics (Belgium UCL and European PhD programme).
