Virginia Rodés Paragarino is a Research Professor at the Institute for the Future of Education Europe, Tecnológico de Monterrey. Her research examines the intersections of equity, innovation, and lifelong learning, with a particular focus on open education. She leads and collaborates on international research and innovation projects supported by organizations such as UNESCO, the European Commission, contributing to the advancement of inclusive educational ecosystems in Europe and Latin America. She plays an active role in global networks such as Global OER Graduate Network and the UNESCO UNITWIN Network in Open Education, promoting open knowledge infrastructures and policy development.
