The GEM Report upon the invitation of the German National Commission to UNESCO will organize a session during the OERcamp.global to discuss the challenges and opportunities in the adoption of OERs worldwide. The session will bring together the GEM Report Thematic Chief and the authors of the background paper “Key policy issues in open educational resources” Ben Janssen and Dominic Orr to discuss how can OER expand learning opportunities to marginalized learners.
