GenText Studio is an open source platform for authoring generative OER. In this session, participants will learn how to create, revise, and remix openly licensed context and openly licensed prompts in order to create "generative OER" - interactive, personalized learning experiences. The platform supports attribution, open licensing, and no-code authoring, making it ideal for non-technical users committed to open education. GenText Studio is free to use for both authors and learners.
In the session we will get hands-on with the hosted instance of GenText Studio at https://generativetextbooks.org. For those interested in hosting their own instance, the source code is available at https://github.com/kalendar/gentext_studio.
