This will be followed by a keynote speech from Guilherme Canela de Souza Godoi. He is the Director of the Division for Digital Inclusion and Policies and Digital Transformation (CI/DPT) and Secretary of the Information for All Programme (IFAP) at UNESCO.
And last but not least, we will get a first glimpse of who the participants at OERcamp.global 2025 will be!
Blanche Fabri has been part of J&K – Jöran und Konsorten since the agency was founded in 2009. She holds a degree in Film and Television Studies and studied Media Culture and Political Science in Hamburg. Before joining J&K, she worked in production companies focusing on political TV documentaries. After serving for many years as a project manager, she became head of the agency in August 2014 and managing director in March 2018. She is responsible for the overall direction of the OERcamp project.
Jöran is part of the team behind the OERcamp at Agentur J&K. He co-founded the OERcamp in 2012, with no idea that it would develop into a vibrant gathering centre for the German-speaking OER community. When Jöran isn't hosting an event on OER, he's busy exploring how we can shape learning and working for the future.
Since January 2025, Guilherme Canela is the Director of the Division for Digital Inclusion and Policies and Digital
Transformation, and Secretary of the Information for All
Programme (IFAP) at UNESCO headquarters, in Paris.
He has a B.A. in International Relations from the University of Brasília (UNB) and a Master’s Degree on Political Science from the University of São Paulo (USP).
Roman Luckscheiter is Secretary-General of the German Commission for UNESCO
Karin Prien is the German Federal Minister for Education, Family Affairs, Senior Citizens, Women and Youth. Find out more about the ministry at English Website .
